• The Good Soil Company Ltd reserves the right in its absolute discretion to accept the return of the product or to credit the purchaser with the cost thereof in the event of acceptance of such a return.

• We want happy customers. If you make a genuine mistake we will always try to help. We ask that you contact us to discuss this before you return the product.

• No warranty either expressed or implied is given in connection with our goods or services. The Good Soil Company Ltd will replace, at its option, free of cost to the purchaser any defective materials attributed to the Company if reported within 14 days of the date of consignment/invoice.
