Description

Forms head like a large cos lettuce which can be cut and used as witloof, endive or lettuce, through autumn and winter. Leaves fold into dense heads, green on outside/light yellow inside, while growing in the open ground. When cut, the crowns may re-sprout after the first crop. Withstands light frosts.
